Rail Group

To strengthen cooperation and business development the Aarsleff Rail Group was created in 2017. The group unites three Scandinavian railway contracting companies and their competences, experiences and customer focus.

Our common goal is to offer even more clients our services on railways and light rail systems as well as enhance quality, project management and business development to mutual benefit on the Scandinavian market.

Since 2014 Aarsleff Rail, through the ownership of Swedish Anker AB, which is a specialist in light rail systems, has learned many important lessons of great benefit for Danish light rail projects. In 2017 Norwegian Banedrift AS, specialising in track rebuilding and maintenance on railway lines in Norway, became a part of the Aarsleff Rail Group.

United in the Aarsleff Rail Group, the three companies are more capable of:

• Exchanging experience regarding methods and machinery
• Offer tailor-made solutions to customers
• Engage in more challenging projects all over Scandinavia.
